Message	It's hard to think that a new fuel pump is bad. I will start by running codes, swapping ECU with a 95 NA (my buddy has a spare), checking thermostatic switch and what it is set to. If that doesn't work I'm going to disconnect the E-Fan, turn on the car and see if the car shuts off (obviously watching the temp). If it doesn't then it'll help me narrow down the issue further.
